Invasion at Maracana reverberates quickly in the foreign press

Spanish and English give great prominence to the Chilean invasion at the stadium, and Argentine newspaper "Olé" ranks confusion with shameful: "Scandal in Rio de Janeiro"

The invasion of the press center and subsequently the stands Maracana readily reflected in the foreign press . No major judgments, the Spanish newspaper "AS" and "Mundo Deportivo" and English "The Guardian" gave great prominence to the episode that occurred in the final stage of the World Cup just before the match between Chile and Spain.
- A stampede of Chilean fans at Maracana sow chaos in Maracanã - highlighted the "Mundo Deportivo".
The Argentine "Olé" showed a video of the invasion, and though brief, did not skimp on critical in reporting what happened in the final of the next World Cup.
- Scandal in Rio de Janeiro: dozens of fans without tickets tried to forcibly enter the Maracanã Maracanã at the press center of the stadium. There was debris and many detainees. Disgraceful - Argentine newspaper wrote.
About 100 fans invaded the Chilean press center Maracana around 15h (GMT), one hour before the start of the match between Spain and Chile. The group forced one of the bars of the fence that circles the area and caused confusion and destruction in the workplace foreign and Brazilian journalists.
Two walls were torn down, the front door was destroyed, there was a lot of running around, screaming, and soon the group was controlled by "stewards" (private security), which at first ran and shouted "close the gates". At least 90 people were arrested.
